Food should almost be in the same category as politics and religion. Everyone has an opinion, rarely does anyone agree, and no one likes to have their opinion squashed. The whole debate over packing kid lunches with protein or even having meatless dinners can cause an anxiety attack in someone who is just treading the food waters. I remember when I jumped onto the No Gluten bandwagon. That was a joke really. Then I did Whole30. I do love Whole30. Mostly because it’s just clean eating. I’ve also done Paleo, which is slightly different from Whole30. While it is completely up to you on how you decide to eat, just limit the fast food, processed food, sodas, added and fake sugar, and drink more water.
